4. Exclusions: Due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned:

5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service.

8. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied for items not returned in their original condition or outside the return window.
